About the role
The company is looking for a Sales Assistant with a high‑school diploma (Bachiller) to support the front‑line sales team. The role combines direct customer interaction with basic administrative tasks to help drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their needs, present products or services and answer technical or commercial questions.
- Enter and maintain client information in the CRM system.
- Prepare simple sales reports and track pending orders or deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
Required profile
- Completed high‑school education; technical training in commerce, sales or administration is a plus.
- Driving licence is valued.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic experience using CRM software for data entry and follow‑up.
