About the role

We are seeking a proactive Patient Service Assistant to join an ophthalmology clinic. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to patients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer inquiries, and provide clear information about appointments and services.
• Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and process billing through the clinic’s systems.
• Assist with medical authorizations and coordinate with health insurance providers (ARS).
• Support the medical team with documentation, filing, and routine administrative duties.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate interested in the health‑care sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Service‑oriented attitude, proactive mindset, and quick learning ability.
• Organized, dynamic, and able to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Required skills

• Experience in customer service or billing systems.
• Familiarity with medical secretarial tasks and health‑insurance authorization processes (preferred).
