Over de functie

Als Planning Assistent ondersteun je de planningactiviteiten binnen ons bedrijf in Santo Domingo. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de operationele planning soepel te laten verlopen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Opstellen, bijwerken en monitoren van planningsschema’s.
Analyseren van operationele data en rapportages opstellen.
Coördineren met interne teams om resources en prioriteiten af te stemmen.
Gebruik van technische instrumenten en spreadsheets voor nauwkeurige planning.
Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van planningsprocessen.

Gewenst profiel

Een bachelor in Bedrijfskunde, Accounting, Marketing, Industrieel Ingenieur, Economie of een verwante richting.
2 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
Bekendheid met organisatorische structuren en bedrijfsstrategieën.

Vereiste vaardigheden

Planning en schema‑beheer.
Gevorderde kennis van spreadsheetsoftware (bijv. Excel).
Gebruik van technische instrumenten voor data‑analyse.
Kennis van organisatorische structuren en bedrijfsprocessen.
