About the role

The Entertainment Assistant supports the Entertainment Manager in planning, coordinating and supervising daily entertainment operations at a resort hotel. The role ensures that activity programs and events are executed smoothly and that guest experiences meet the hotel’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Entertainment Manager with daily operational planning and coordination.
• Supervise the entertainment team, monitor schedules and staff coverage.
• Handle operational incidents and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain service continuity.
• Track and follow up on activity and event programs.
• Support continuous improvement of the entertainment program.

Required profile

• Strong operational leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing activity schedules and events.
• Experience in shift planning, role allocation and staff coverage.
• Effective inter‑departmental coordination.
• Ability to manage operational incidents and make quick decisions.
