About the role

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Distrito Nacional. The role involves providing day‑to‑day office support, handling documentation and ensuring smooth internal operations.

Key responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls and emails.
Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
Perform data entry and generate reports using Excel.
Support other departments with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Required profile

Proven experience in similar administrative positions.
Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

What we offer

Base salary of RD$29,988 per month.
Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm, Saturday 9 am‑1 pm.
Standard employee benefits and indemnization.
