About the role

We are looking for motivated young adults to work as virtual real‑estate advisors in a call‑center environment. The position involves contacting potential buyers, presenting property listings, and guiding clients through video calls.

Key responsibilities

• Send property information to clients via WhatsApp Business.
• Conduct video calls with clients to discuss properties and answer questions.
• Schedule property viewings and confirm appointments.
• Close contracts by convincing clients to purchase or rent properties.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 23 years.
• Excellent attitude, good presentation, and willingness to learn.
• Formal dress code.
• Ability to read, write, and listen attentively.
• Strong communication skills and persuasive ability.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed.

What we offer

• Full training on property presentation and video‑call techniques.
• Commission‑based earnings: US$50 for each confirmed property appointment and US$100 for each signed contract.
• Immediate payment after each commission‑earning event.
