About the role

The Customer Service Advisor will coordinate and execute activities that ensure the satisfaction of internal and external clients of modern milling operations. The role involves managing communication channels, tracking performance indicators, and supporting commercial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the 800‑harinas phone line, including call transfers, order taking, carrier location, and complaint resolution.
• Manage the e‑commerce platform’s email and live‑chat support.
• Enter and track all relevant data in the CRM system, databases, and claim forms.
• Generate and monitor customer satisfaction surveys and monthly KPI reports.
• Administer quality‑management documentation related to customer service and participate in audits.
• Support procurement of supplies, coordinate deliveries, and maintain inventory for commercial initiatives.
• Assist CEDECAP in client‑development plans and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and energy management procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (or advanced student).
• 2–5 years of experience in call‑center operations and telephone‑based customer service projects.
• Proven ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, databases and pivot tables to develop indicators.
• Experience in order management and coordination with commercial teams.
• Availability for occasional market visits and support of sales teams.
