About the role

The Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for acquiring, managing and following up on properties and clients from the first contact through to the final transaction. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Santo Domingo Este and offers a transparent, client‑focused service throughout the buying, selling or renting process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture new property listings and potential clients.
• Conduct property visits, prepare reports and perform basic real‑estate valuations.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for sales or rental transactions.
• Coordinate schedules, organize meetings and accompany interested parties throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience or solid knowledge of real‑estate market and property management.
• Strong commercial orientation with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close beneficial agreements.
• Willingness to participate in internal training and stay updated on real‑estate regulations.
• Proactive attitude, good teamwork and strong verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital tools, especially office software.
• Experience using a CRM system.
