Arquitecto/a – Gestión de Proyectos

About the role

We are looking for an Architect specialized in project management to lead the design, planning and execution of renovation projects from concept to delivery. The role involves turning architectural ideas into concrete results while ensuring quality, timelines and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and supervise architectural and technical drawings for assigned projects.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from design phase through final hand‑over.
• Create and track schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress and report updates to management.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing renovation projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability for on‑site visits.
