APTS Training & Standards Coordinator

About the role

The APTS Training & Standards Coordinator ensures exemplary customer service and operational efficiency in airport operations, while meeting safety, punctuality, and baggage handling objectives. The role oversees evaluation of service providers, compliance with regulations, and keeps manuals and databases up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Audit and Performance RoadShows at outstations, including scheduling and planning with vendors and stakeholders.
• Identify operational and customer service improvement areas and propose enhanced methods to achieve SLAs, performance goals, and brand reputation.
• Develop monthly audit plans, review training schedules, and manage closure and review of procedures with vendors.
• Create project plans for performance and operational improvements, defining implementation timelines.
• Maintain compliance across functional areas by updating manuals and training procedures in line with Arajet’s terms and governmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry with an airline or ground handler, preferably as a certified instructor.
• Certified trainer with experience in manual review.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in project management and planning.
