Analyst, Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) - Caribbean

About the role

Visa's Consulting & Analytics (VCA) team partners with issuers, acquirers and fintechs to solve strategic business challenges and drive financial results. As an analyst for the CARCAM/Caribbean region, you combine quantitative analysis with direct input to client strategy and deliverables, working closely with consulting leads on recommendations tailored to Caribbean payments markets. At least 3 days per week must be spent in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze issuer/acquirer portfolio performance, authorization trends and spend behavior using Visa and client data.
• Benchmark clients against regional and global peers to find gaps and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards and exhibits that turn complex data into clear business insights.
• Validate data quality and ensure analytical rigor across all deliverables.
• Support and occasionally lead client workshops, working sessions and presentations, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for client executives.
• Partner with consulting leads on project storylines, business cases and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to proposals and scoping for new engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field; MBA a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, analytics or financial services, ideally with Caribbean or LAC market exposure.
• Ability to balance hands-on analysis with client relationship management.
• Excellent English; Spanish is required.
• Willingness to travel across Caribbean markets.

Required skills

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with payments or banking data preferred.
