About the role
The Inventory Control Analyst ensures the integrity and accuracy of fuel, lubricant and store inventories across service stations. The role involves conducting audits, reconciliations and inspections to guarantee reliable operational and financial information while supporting internal and external audit processes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform physical inventory counts for fuels, lubricants and retail items.
- Prepare reports documenting findings from inventory audits.
- Execute inventory reconciliations and draft visit reports.
- Supervise inventory‑related activities at service stations.
- Participate in cash audits and provide information to auditors.
- Ensure audit compliance within established deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar inventory or audit role.
- Result‑orientation, attention to detail, teamwork and confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Category II driver’s license.
