About the role

The Senior Fuel Management Analyst ensures efficient control, monitoring and administration of fuel consumption and supply for the company's national vehicle fleet. The role involves managing operational data, analyzing performance indicators, maintaining SAP records, and supporting decision‑making to optimize resources and maintain operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control national fuel supply for the vehicle fleet, ensuring availability, efficiency and operational continuity.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of fuel dispensing systems and equipment nationwide.
• Manage budget planning, expense control and financial tracking of fuel consumption for transportation.
• Administer and analyze operational information, management indicators and strategic reports to support decision‑making.
• Ensure integrity, traceability and availability of information through system administration, record keeping and associated controls.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, consumption control and process automation.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and controls for fuel management and administration.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety management system policies, reporting unsafe conditions and participating in hazard identification, risk assessment and preventive actions.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operational analysis, administrative control, fleet management or similar roles.
• Ability to coordinate operational activities at a national level.
• Initiative, quality orientation, achievement focus, and sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of SAP (inventory, logistics modules).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with databases and data manipulation.
• Ability to develop and analyze KPIs and reports.
