About the role

The Senior Analyst for Customer Service Processes will design, develop, and manage an internal commercial web portal that centralizes process information, offers, and sales tools. The role supports operational efficiency, standardizes commercial management, and enhances both internal and external customer experiences, directly contributing to the company’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain the internal commercial web portal, ensuring a fast, intuitive and device‑responsive user experience.
• Integrate and administer content, processes, products, services and commercial offers within the platform.
• Build and optimise sales simulators, product configurators and other decision‑support tools.
• Perform testing, monitoring and continuous improvement to guarantee quality, security and availability of the portal.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, Marketing and Technology teams to gather requirements and deliver digital solutions.
• Provide technical support and document all developments to ensure platform continuity and evolution.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology or related fields.
• Proven experience in web application development.
• Strong initiative, quality orientation, achievement focus and sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular.
• Node.js and REST API integration.
• Version control with Git, GitHub or GitLab.
• Responsive design and UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with .NET (desired).
• Microsoft Office 365 and Power Apps.
