About the role

The Human Resources Analyst provides comprehensive support to the HR function, ensuring smooth execution of personnel administration, recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, labor relations, and compliance with internal policies and Dominican labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date physical and digital employee files.
• Manage full recruitment cycles, from posting vacancies to coordinating interviews and hiring.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires.
• Record and update personnel changes such as hires, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments, vacations, permits, licenses, and absences.
• Assist in payroll and social security (TSS) preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer medical insurance, benefits, and employee affiliations.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and absenteeism.
• Support the creation and update of HR reports and performance indicators.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Follow up on performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Provide guidance to employees on policies, procedures, benefits, and labor matters.
• Prepare letters, certifications, and other personnel documents.
• Maintain employee databases and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist internal and external audits related to HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or near‑completion in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar HR roles.
• Knowledge of Dominican labor legislation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
