About the role
We are looking for a Project Cost Analyst to join our construction team. The role focuses on preparing, analyzing and monitoring budgets for construction projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and structure detailed project budgets based on construction plans.
- Break down cost items into labor, materials, equipment and generate unit price analyses (APU).
- Assess proposed construction methods to identify savings and resource optimization opportunities.
- Track actual project costs against the original budget and report variances.
Required profile
- Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (graduated).
- At least one year of hands‑on experience preparing budgets directly on construction sites.
- Strong analytical ability to decompose budget items accurately.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- AutoCAD.
- Presto.
- Opus.
