About the role
The National Purchasing Analyst ensures that consumable supplies, IT equipment, spare parts and components are replenished on time for every department within the organization. The role coordinates the entire procurement cycle, from request to payment, to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Key responsibilities
- Request and evaluate supplier quotations based on departmental requisitions for consumables, IT, spare parts and components.
- Manage the approval workflow for purchase requisitions.
- Prepare purchase orders, monitor delivery status, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Coordinate supplier payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Keep an up‑to‑date tracking system for all orders.
Required profile
- Professional or student in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
- Demonstrated responsibility, innovation, consistency and teamwork.
