About the role

IDA Healthcare is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to manage the full procurement cycle for medical supplies and services supporting its 24‑hour tele‑health operations. The role is full‑time, onsite at the company’s Santo Domingo office.

Key responsibilities

• Review internal purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.
• Analyze supplier proposals, negotiate pricing, and ensure competitive terms.
• Coordinate with vendors to guarantee product quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor critical inventory levels and support inventory control.
• Collaborate with the finance department to validate invoices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in purchasing, order planning, and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen.
• Analytical mindset for cost evaluation and reporting.
• Education in administration, logistics, finance or related fields.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
