Analista de Compras II

About the role

The Purchasing Analyst II will be responsible for efficiently managing the acquisition of goods and services for the marketing department. This includes planning procurement schedules, executing tender processes, and controlling purchase orders to ensure optimal cost‑benefit, quality, and timely delivery aligned with commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for marketing materials and services, coordinating with category leaders, planners, and internal teams.
• Handle purchase requests, run tenders, analyze quotations, negotiate with suppliers, issue and monitor purchase orders, and guarantee competitive conditions, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Control and close the procurement cycle by tracking deliveries, ensuring timely payments and advance settlements, complying with budgets and internal policies, and updating procurement milestones in SAP.
• Evaluate, develop, and approve suppliers; monitor procurement KPIs, analyze savings, compliance, and lead times; and provide support to the marketing business, including site visits when required.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, International Business, Economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a purchasing department.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience specifically handling marketing purchases.
• Current residence in Santo Domingo Oeste or willingness to relocate.
• Immediate availability.
