About the role
The Quality and Process Analyst will support the organization by ensuring that policies, procedures and manuals are up‑to‑date and by driving continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Document and update the entity’s policies, procedures and manuals to guarantee control and efficiency.
- Participate in the design, development and implementation of continuous‑improvement projects.
- Plan, conduct and present time‑study analyses on existing processes to identify efficiency gains.
- Create clear instructional guides and forms that provide precise information for correct system usage.
- Support the implementation of departmental strategic objectives to foster overall organizational development.
Required profile
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
