Analista Calidad

About the role

The Quality Analyst will design and implement simple, proactive solutions that automate and digitize business processes. By improving service delivery for affiliates, intermediaries and PDSS companies, the role supports the company’s profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalisation.
• Design, document and optimise processes using Visio or similar tools.
• Develop basic Power BI dashboards and perform data analysis.
• Conduct statistical analysis and data projections to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions add value.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other optimisation methodologies to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency with Visio or equivalent process‑design software.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data forecasting.
• Understanding of basic project management principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively and think creatively.
