Amazon Product Manager – eCommerce

About the role

The Amazon Product Manager will drive visibility, sales growth, and profitability of assigned products on Amazon. You will optimize listings, manage campaigns, and ensure all operational processes are executed on time, supporting Chai Vision’s community‑first and customer‑obsessed values.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance via Vendor Central, Seller Central and Power BI; identify and resolve fluctuations.
• Optimize listings through keyword research, competitor analysis and creative collaboration.
• Oversee PPC campaigns, adjust bids and evaluate performance against TACOS and ACOS targets.
• Adjust pricing, coupons and promotional strategies for events such as Prime Day and BFCM.
• Manage inventory forecasting, PO planning and replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess.
• Review P&L reports to maintain minimum profit margins of 25% and analyze market reports for growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute new product launches, from listing creation to competitive positioning.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive ownership of product portfolio and ability to spot risks and opportunities.
• Clear communicator who works well with cross‑functional teams.
