About the role
The Almacenista is responsible for the efficient handling, organization, and movement of goods within the warehouse located in the Zona Franca de San Isidro. The role ensures that products are stored safely, loaded correctly, and dispatched without damage, supporting the overall logistics flow.
Key responsibilities
- Move and organize merchandise while preventing damage.
- Load and unload goods according to operational guidelines.
- Pick items for orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load shipments following specific instructions to ensure safe delivery.
- Support receiving and dispatch processes.
- Classify goods by type and maintain proper inventory records.
- Organize proof‑of‑delivery (POD) documents by client and date.
- Guide drivers on product distribution when required.
- Demonstrate proper loading and organization practices to contractors.
- Adhere to established operational procedures.
Required profile
- Knowledge of good storage practices.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Previous experience in warehousing (preferred).
