Airport Representative – Guest Services (Dominican Republic)

About the role

Join TUI as an Airport Representative in the Dominican Republic, welcoming guests as they arrive and ensuring a smooth transition to their holiday experience. You will be the friendly face of the brand, creating memorable moments from the first hello to the final goodbye.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist arriving and departing guests at the airport.
• Provide clear information on arrivals, departures, transfers, and resort details.
• Deliver enthusiastic see‑off speeches on buses and monitor guest feedback.
• Handle unexpected changes and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold TUI’s values and service standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, empathetic and able to connect with diverse travelers.
• Quick learner comfortable with new technology and tools.
• Flexible schedule, including rotating day shifts and occasional night shifts.
• Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems.
• Fully conversational in English and legally entitled to work in the Dominican Republic.

Required skills

• Basic digital proficiency (e.g., using a company iPad and related apps).
