AI Machine Learning Engineer - Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack, an AI engineering partner, offers its talent network the chance to connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an AI Machine Learning Engineer. You join the client's team directly and work alongside their designers and engineers on a daily basis.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Advanced English and a four-year college degree.
• Currently authorized to work in the country of the posting on a full-time basis; FullStack does not sponsor work visas.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Required skills

• Developing and optimizing AI/ML models with Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering and generative AI, including RAG and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Integrating and deploying AI/ML solutions in production, and designing scalable AI infrastructure on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• MLOps, CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration and delivery.
• Agile / Scrum experience and work on large, complex systems.
