About the role

We are looking for a Level‑1 Support Agent to join Gurusoft’s Dominican office. The role combines technical troubleshooting with customer‑service focus to ensure a smooth experience with our electronic invoicing and business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design electronic documents using RDLC.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation and manuals.
• Train customers on portal usage.
• Create instructional videos and support materials.
• Provide technical and functional support to clients.

Required profile

• Graduate or graduate‑level in a technical, technological or professional IT field.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar support role.
• Knowledge of billing processes and customer service.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, intermediate SQL and MySQL.
• Experience administering websites and configuring email accounts.
