About the role

We are looking for a Level‑1 Support Agent to join our Dominican office. The role combines technical knowledge with strong customer orientation to ensure users have an excellent experience with our electronic invoicing and business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design electronic documents using RDLC.
• Keep product documentation and manuals up to date.
• Train customers on portal usage and create instructional videos.
• Provide technical and functional support to clients.
• Assist with website administration and email configuration.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree holder in computer science, information technology or related technical fields.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar support role.
• Familiarity with billing processes and customer service.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio and website administration.
