About the role

The Insurance Agent will drive portfolio growth by prospecting, advising, and selling suitable insurance solutions to both individual and corporate clients. The role focuses on converting opportunities into sales, building sustainable relationships, and achieving company targets through organized, results‑oriented work.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients via calls, referrals, visits and other commercial actions.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, coverages and terms.
• Prepare quotations, present proposals and follow up until the sale is closed.
• Manage and develop the client portfolio, seeking renewals, cross‑selling and additional product placements.
• Maintain active communication, providing guidance on policies, coverage, renewals and client requests.
• Channel and follow up claims, coordinating with relevant departments and keeping clients informed.
• Record and keep up‑to‑date client, prospect, quote, sales and activity data in the system.
• Achieve set commercial goals and stay informed about insurer products, coverages and conditions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or related fields.
• Experience in sales, commercial advisory, brokerage or insurance marketing.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies and coverages; experience with both individual and corporate clients is a plus.
• Proficiency with office tools, email and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization and customer‑orientation skills.
• Commercial initiative, integrity, perseverance and results‑driven attitude.
