About the role

Atlántica Seguros is looking for a proactive Commercial Insurance Agent to promote and sell vehicle insurance products. The role involves prospecting new clients, guiding them through policy options, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers for vehicle insurance.
• Prepare, present, and explain quotations, covering coverage, benefits, exclusions, and conditions.
• Follow up on pending quotations and manage the closing of sales.
• Achieve monthly production and premium targets.
• Coordinate with underwriting, customer service, inspection, and other departments to complete policy issuance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and prospect information in company systems.
• Track renewals, retain existing clients, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Report daily activity and progress toward objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma completed; university or technical studies in Marketing, Administration, Business or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles.
• Experience in insurance, vehicle sales, banking, or financial services is a plus.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet commercial targets.
