Admissions Manager

About the role

Saint George School, a British international school in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is looking for an Admissions Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Admissions & Communications, the role drives student enrolment so that prospective and current families receive an exceptional experience at every stage. It strengthens market positioning, increases enrolment and supports retention, in line with Nord Anglia Education standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) strategies to grow enrolment and raise brand awareness.
• Manage the full admissions cycle, from inquiry through enrolment, including school tours, inquiries, interviews, assessments and decisions.
• Track and manage the admissions pipeline, follow up leads and ensure accurate documentation such as contracts.
• Coordinate admissions and marketing events (Open Houses, tours, community activities) and collect photos and videos for content.
• Represent the school at internal and external events and support parent ambassador networks.
• Maintain accurate admissions and event calendars and guide front desk and administrative teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience in admissions, sales, customer experience or marketing.
• Experience in an educational or international environment (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship-building and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in systems and data management.
• Enrolment targets, pipeline conversion rates, retention rates and parent satisfaction as performance measures.
