About the role

Majestic Resorts is looking for a Revenue Administration professional for its Punta Cana all‑inclusive resort. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of daily hotel revenue information and supports financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee precise entry and management of daily hotel revenue data.
• Prepare billing, various reports and reconcile daily sales versus revenue.
• Organize and maintain revenue documentation for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with Reception, A&B, Spa, Sales and Finance to collect revenue information and ensure complete day‑close records.
• Identify and analyze variances, investigate deviations and provide insights for informed decisions.
• Contribute to month‑end reporting, integrating sales vs cost and highlighting efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, keeping records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in administrative roles and revenue auditing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks such as cash counts and revenue reconciliations with high accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting systems.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Excel).
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
