Account Representative – Power Generation Services

About the role

The Account Representative will drive sales of power generation services in the Dominican Republic, presenting technical and commercial proposals and negotiating directly with clients. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing contracts and developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for Siemens Energy’s power generation services in the Dominican Republic.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and review contractual terms.
• Identify, consolidate and develop business opportunities across Siemens Energy Business Units.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to follow up on opportunities and requirements.
• Prepare offers in line with government and private sector specifications.
• Coordinate meetings to define strategies for each business opportunity.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, or in gas turbine maintenance.
• Advanced professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• Strong negotiation, communication, flexibility and result‑orientation.

Required skills

• Gas turbine maintenance.
• Knowledge of Siemens Energy Gas Services product portfolio.
• Technical expertise in gas turbines (GT), steam turbines (ST) and generators.
