Account Manager Services

About the role

The Account Manager Services will drive the promotion and sale of service policies, repairs, maintenance, automation systems, and rental solutions for Trane Technologies' climate solutions portfolio. You will engage directly with new and existing customers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure profitable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell service policies, digital services, and rental solutions, securing legal service contracts.
• Conduct technical and commercial visits to assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Sell major repairs, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for equipment not covered by existing contracts.
• Work with commercial channels and corporate accounts to encourage equipment replacement or new equipment sales.
• Promote automation systems in partnership with the BAS2Service area to achieve energy savings.
• Identify and capture new potential customers from the installed equipment base.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce, ensuring traceability of projects, contracts, and quotations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration of services.
• Coordinate with national account teams and share project information with national service sales engineers.

Required profile

• Responsibility for driving service sales and contract sign‑offs (new and renewals).
• Ability to conduct technical assessments and present service solutions to customers.
• Strong administrative skills to manage sales documentation and follow‑up.
• Collaboration with internal teams and national account coordinators.
