Account Manager – Sales & Customer Solutions

About the role

Diebold Nixdorf is looking for an Account Manager to drive revenue and deepen relationships with key customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging DN’s product portfolio to deliver tailored solutions that help retailers and banks thrive in a hyper‑connected world.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to bring DN products and services to market.
• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead negotiations and create customized proposals that address customer business needs.
• Educate customers on DN innovations, gather feedback, and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to review service levels and ensure optimal product usage.
• Support senior Account Managers on large accounts when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4‑6 years of experience in sales, account management, or new‑business development.
• Strong business English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
