Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, retain customers, and strengthen competitive positioning. The role requires strong leadership of the commercial team and a focus on delivering an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement commercial and sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and business opportunities to maximize profitability.
• Oversee negotiation processes, contract closures, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Build strategic alliances with customers, distributors and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competition and emerging segments to propose new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling technology solutions.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Inspirational leadership and motivational skills.
• Relevant certifications in sales, negotiation or product knowledge.

Required skills

• Advanced sales and negotiation techniques.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales platforms.
• Market and competition analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (preferred).
• Ability to plan and execute commercial strategies.
