Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive serves as the main liaison between our organization and its clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Based in the Dominican Republic, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver quality solutions and support client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and follow‑up to gather feedback.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Gather, organize, and maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Enrolled Agents, to resolve tax‑related issues and complex cases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate referrals, and seek client testimonials.

Required profile

• Must be located in the Dominican Republic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven client relationship management experience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating with internal teams.
