About the role

We are seeking a senior Litigation Lawyer to join a growing organization in Santo Domingo. The role involves leading complex legal matters across civil, commercial, corporate and labor law while providing strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

Manage high‑complexity litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Provide legal advice to internal teams and external clients.
Oversee case strategy, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the development of the legal department.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in litigation and contract drafting.
Strong background in civil, commercial, corporate and labor law.
Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English.
Experience working in law firms is preferred.
Ability to work in a flexible, hybrid schedule.
