Test Lead – QA Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to coordinate and elevate our QA activities across multiple projects. The role involves planning, guiding, and mentoring both manual and automation testing teams while ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, assign, and monitor tasks for the QA team across various projects.
• Develop tailored test plans, strategies, and test matrices.
• Oversee execution of test cases and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Provide technical guidance using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, jMeter, Selenium, etc.
• Manage risks, prevent delays, and control scope deviations.
• Lead client coordination and negotiation processes.
• Conduct testing on SQL databases and web services.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to estimate and plan testing requirements.
• Proven experience tracking QA team activities and mentoring staff.
• ISTQB, TMMi or equivalent certification (required).
• Additional certification in Scrum, SAFe, Management 3.0, Agile, Lean, PMP or similar.
• Basic conversational English and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Jira, Trello, TestLink (or similar test‑case management tools).
• Postman, SoapUI, jMeter, Selenium for functional and performance testing.
• SQL database testing and web‑service validation.
