Técnico de Servicio Pools

About the role

Solenis is seeking a Pool Service Technician to provide on‑site technical support for pool and spa customers across the Dominican Republic. The role involves maintaining water treatment equipment, ensuring proper chemical dosing, and delivering training on hygiene and cleaning procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Control and operate dosing equipment and provide technical support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water pumps.
• Install pool and spa equipment at customer locations.
• Manage inventory stock in client warehouses.
• Train customers on proper hygiene and cleaning processes.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Chemistry.
• Minimum 1 year experience with pools and/or spas.
• Own a vehicle for island‑wide travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and effective communication.

Required skills

• Dosing equipment operation.
• Water pump preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Pool equipment installation.
• Inventory control and stock management.
• Client training on hygiene and cleaning procedures.
