Senior Product Designer – AI & Platform Experiences

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join an AI Design team focused on complex SaaS and platform experiences. You will shape foundational product areas such as Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions, turning intricate business and security requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for account setup, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption flows.
• Design complex billing, paywall, upgrade, credit‑reporting, Control Tower, and localization workflows.
• Define scalable permission structures, sharing models, and consumption experiences across the platform.
• Apply systems thinking to create cohesive experiences within a multi‑product SaaS ecosystem.
• Frame ambiguous problems, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Validate concepts using research, data, prototyping, and AI‑assisted design tools.
• Produce coded prototypes to rapidly explore and test product ideas.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product design experience.
• Proven experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability and experience with interconnected platform ecosystems.
• Track record of turning ambiguous requirements into clear, user‑focused solutions.

Required skills

• AI‑assisted design tools.
• Coded prototyping (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or similar).
