Selection Specialist

About the role

The Selection Specialist works on‑site to source, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates for agent positions that meet Teleperformance’s client requirements. This role ensures a smooth recruitment flow from screening to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the selection process according to local policies, identifying skills and competencies that match the job description.
• Conduct job proposal sessions and apply appropriate screening methods per the Employee Requisition Form and client contract.
• Document all recruiting activities in the Recruitment & Selection system and adhere to selection KPIs.
• Participate in LOB, PTL, and retention meetings, and report on candidate behavior.
• Perform monthly self‑updates on line‑of‑business requirements, including nesting and remote monitoring.
• Notify the Selection Coordinator of any needed updates to agent job descriptions.
• Prepare and gather candidate paperwork to create internal files.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal sense with prior customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer‑service‑related roles; experience in personnel selection is highly desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent computer proficiency; typing speed of at least 30 wpm and PC test score of 100.
• English proficiency level of 3.5 or higher.
