About the role

The Telemarketing Representative will generate new prospects and nurture existing clients for La Nacional through outbound phone calls. The role follows established protocols, uses segmented databases, and aims to meet placement targets while ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone sales of La Nacional products following the defined sales protocol.
• Use updated, segmented databases to achieve placement goals.
• Channel service requests to the appropriate internal areas and follow up on their resolution.
• Notify the immediate supervisor of any system or client anomalies.
• Provide accurate, timely information about products and services throughout pre‑contractual and contractual phases.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims in accordance with user‑service procedures.
• Assist in identifying and monitoring operational risks in collaboration with the Risk Management unit.

Required profile

• Student at the initial level of a Marketing degree or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in telephone sales or similar outbound sales activities.
