Office Furniture Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Office Furniture Designer to create accurate, functional, and visually appealing office furniture layouts for US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and requires close collaboration with clients, sales teams, and other designers to deliver high‑quality design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D office furniture layouts using Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly).
• Design workstations, cubicles, private offices, conference rooms, and other commercial spaces.
• Develop design presentations and visual concepts with Adobe Illustrator.
• Review floor plans, dimensions, and project requirements for accuracy.
• Incorporate client feedback and manage design revisions.
• Select appropriate furniture configurations based on space, functionality, and client needs.
• Maintain accurate design files and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, designers, and project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office furniture design, space planning, interior design, or a related field.
• Proven ability to interpret floor plans and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable internet, computer equipment, headset, quiet workspace, and backup power.
