About the role
Join Nestlé as a Merchandiser for the Eastern Region, ensuring our product categories are visible and well‑presented at retail points of sale. You will work directly with store department heads to manage shelf space, stock levels, and product rotation, supporting the brand’s execution strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate shelf space and placement with store department heads.
- Implement planograms, maintain product visibility, and ensure compliance with FEFO/FIFO principles.
- Monitor expiration dates, rotate stock, and keep shelves clean and fully stocked.
- Report inventory levels, competitor actions, and any incidents to the store supervisor.
- Place POP material and deliver monthly operational reports.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachiller) and preferably a university student in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Strong interest in retail execution and consumer goods.
- Ability to work on‑site in the Santo Domingo Eastern Zone.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) inventory management.
