About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to head our commercial team and elevate both floor and digital channel performance. The role involves managing a group of seven sales professionals, driving results through metrics, and implementing effective closing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor a team of 7 sales representatives.
• Supervise floor sales, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
• Distribute leads and ensure rapid, effective follow‑up.
• Track individual and group goals, conversion rates, and overall results.
• Audit calls and conversations to improve service quality.
• Train the team on closing techniques, handling objections, and product knowledge.
• Create incentives and dynamic activities to boost sales.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose enhancements to the commercial process and report outcomes to the owner.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience leading sales teams.
• Background in retail, electronics, e‑commerce or digital sales.
• Hands‑on experience selling via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Ability to interpret metrics and make data‑driven commercial decisions.
• Experience working with targets, commissions and incentive structures.
• Strong leadership, discipline, firm communication and a clear results orientation.

What we offer

• Fixed salary plus commissions based on goal achievement.
• Work schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
