Lifecycle Usage Manager

About the role

The Lifecycle Usage Manager will lead the strategy and execution of credit‑card usage campaigns across the market, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. This role is part of the Card Lifecycle Management area within the Payments Media department of Personal Banking.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch customer‑centric, segmented card‑usage campaigns that drive credit‑card adoption and usage.
• Identify critical moments in the customer journey and develop tactics to increase engagement and value.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Data Analytics, and Technology teams across multiple countries to ensure campaign alignment.
• Monitor customer behavior and usage KPIs, detect early signs of performance decline, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare executive reports highlighting campaign performance, ROI, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Utilize data‑analysis tools to measure and report campaign KPIs.
• Ensure all campaign activities comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and Scotiabank’s conduct standards.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different geographies.
• Strong presentation and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Independent work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• Track record of designing and implementing successful card‑lifecycle campaigns.
• Competent in data analysis and solid knowledge of credit‑card products and the financial services industry.
