International Tax Manager

About the role

The International Tax Manager will work closely with tax, finance, pricing, supply chain, and external advisors to ensure that transfer pricing processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with statutory requirements and internal policies. This senior position supports global reporting, audit defense, and the integration of AI tools to improve transfer pricing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual transfer pricing documentation cycle, including local files, master file, Country‑by‑Country Reporting, and intercompany transaction matrices.
• Lead transfer pricing audits, litigation, and serve as the primary contact for tax inspectors and statutory auditors.
• Support quarterly group reporting and tax provision processes, reviewing legal‑entity margins, forecasting intercompany transactions, and identifying required adjustments.
• Partner with business and finance teams on regular intercompany margin reviews and ad‑hoc pricing queries.
• Develop and implement action plans to address issues identified in margin and transfer pricing reviews.
• Oversee the annual intercompany pricing review within the standard cost roll process and propose future changes.
• Assist M&A integration from a transfer pricing perspective, creating pricing and operating models for acquired entities.
• Maintain and operationalize global transfer pricing policies, intercompany agreements, and related compliance processes.
• Drive AI integration to enhance transfer pricing planning, monitoring, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in transfer pricing, tax compliance, and audit support.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, tax, supply chain, and external advisors.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in margin reviews and intercompany pricing.
