Hypercare Representative (LATAM)

About the role

Join Cloudbeds as a Hypercare Representative focused on the LATAM market. You will work remotely with a global onboarding team to guide hotel clients through the critical launch phase of our hospitality platform, ensuring a smooth transition to live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact during the live‑environment launch for hotel clients.
• Analyze real‑time data flows and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Design and implement processes that reduce friction in the live system.
• Provide high‑touch, personalized support to prevent client overwhelm.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical challenges quickly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional LATAM languages a plus).

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS platforms and hotel property management systems.
• Ability to interpret live data and identify integration gaps.
