HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Generalist to own the full recruitment cycle and support the broader day‑to‑day HR function. This individual‑contributor role will involve sourcing and interviewing candidates, developing job descriptions, setting KPIs, managing performance processes and handling employee‑relations matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding across departments, building talent pipelines and monitoring hiring metrics.
• Partner with senior leadership to review team structures, conduct job analysis and recommend workflow improvements.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and measurable KPIs in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop and administer a consistent performance‑management process, supporting managers with goal setting, appraisals and improvement plans.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, advise managers on relations issues, and conduct investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive, hands‑on HR experience with strong end‑to‑end recruitment exposure.
• Practical experience in performance management; experience in job design and KPI development is a plus.
• Experience handling employee‑relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions, is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Familiarity with performance‑management platforms.
