About the role
The company is looking for a Sales Executive specialized in the real‑estate sector. The role focuses on generating and closing property sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of a high‑performance commercial team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential property buyers.
- Conduct property viewings and follow‑up meetings.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Required profile
- Proven track record of closing sales, preferably in real‑estate.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commercial targets.
- Strong direct communication skills and effective objection handling.
- Own vehicle and high availability for site visits and client follow‑up.
